PmFg provides comprehensive manufacturing solutions for our customers through
the combination of our in-house manufacturing capabilities and our extensive network of trusted subcontractors. We often manage sub-contract processes for our customers such as heat treatment, anodising, vapour honing, nickel plating, DLC coating to name a few. Full process traceability and certificates of conformity are provided as standard.
Sub-Contract Multi-Axis Machining
Full 5-Axis milling capabilities using our various Mikron GF vertical machining centres. We specialise in medium & high complexity components for industries such as Formula One, defence, medical and fibre-optic manufacturing.

We are experienced in machining a wide variety of materials; from highly machinable varieties of aluminum, stainless steel and copper, to more challenging materials such as titanium, beryllium coppers and Inconels.

We offer our milling services for prototyping, large volume batches and quick turn-around machining. We recognise the importance of a reactive service in a time-sensitive industry.

3 of our vertical machining centres are equipped with automated pallet changer carousels allowing us to utilise un-manned 'lights out' production hours. This increases our production efficiency meaning we can provide excellent value to our customers.
CAD/CAM Consultancy
We offer a wide range of CAD support from simple engineering drawings to prototyping product concept development, designing for manufacture and FEA simulation. Get in touch to discuss CAD support for your next project.

Our CAM support includes remote programming assistance on HyperMill/SolidCAM platforms and/or manual Q parameter/macro programming support.
